Undergraduate and Graduate (MSc) BioLEd student (alumnus)
During his time with BioLEd, Christopher Lee helped develop computational workflows to augment static 3D structures with information about the ligand-binding properties of a protein of interest. He is also interested in the development of tools which facilitate research based curricula. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and outdoor activities with his colleagues.
After graduating from UVa twice — BS Chemistry/Biochem & BA Computer Science (2011) and then an MSc in Biochemistry (2013) — Chris began PhD studies in computational biophysics in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at UCSD.
